Description
An adult female American Kestrel delivers a colorful Apple Spinx Moth caterpillar to the last chick in the nest. Its sibling had all fledged earlier in the day and were all perched nearby also calling for food.

Notes
I'd been told about this nest on a private property by a friend and I had just arrived and started setting up, when I heard the chick calling and saw the mother coming in fast. I shot a burst of images that contained this shot - the image before it showed only the chick popping out of the hole and the image after was just had the tail of the adult as she flew away to get food for the other chicks that had already fledged the nest.
