At work I notice a pair of Brown-head Nuthatches talking to one another. I investigated and found that they taking turns working on their cavity nest in a dead limb of a Japanese Cherry Tree. I went back the next evening after work good to find them still chipping out the nest. I waited for sunset for the best lighting. Using a flash and patience, I was able to capture this image and many others.
