May 3, 2020 – Cody, WY, USA

As I was driving through town, an odd-looking gray and white bird flew across my path. When I realized it was an adult female American Robin with leucism, I took some images of her foraging for earthworms and collecting nest material. I hope to find her again this summer to check on whether any of her young have this 1-in-30,000 abnormal coloration.
