Really amazing camouflage the American Woodcock have. Their supreme camouflage makes them a real challenge to locate, for good reason though. This particular one was photographed at a cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio. As many as two others were in the area as my friend and I were photographing this one. For this shot I got down low and laid on the ground to isolate this Woodcock from its surrounding elements.
