I caught this Heron at the Broadmoore Audubon Sanctuary in Natick MA. I felt the foliage accented his plumage quite well. This photo was taken with a Canon 50D with a Canon EF 400mm f/5.6L USM Autofocus lens at about 9:00 AM.
