Great Egret meet Great Blue Heron, I was driving by when I saw the Egret on the opposite bank. I stopped the car, grabbed my camera, switched lenses and by the time I was ready to shoot the image the Egret took off, swooped around and flew directly towards me landing on the bank beside the Great Blue Heron. Lucky me
This was taken at Cape Sable Island, Nova Scotia November 23, 2012.
