Got this photo at Lake Tohopekaliga in Kissimmee, FL. This is a female Kite. She was hunting and eating snails. It also appeared that there was a nest nearby and she was delivering food from time to time. Taken with a Nikon D5000, Sigma 150-500 mm lens.
