A blue faced Malkoha (Phaenicophaeus viridirostris) is a type of non-parasitical cuckoo. While they are IUCN least concerned, they are very shy and hard to spot. I was lucky to have seen this in arid habitat outside my hometown, Chennai, India. The word Malkoha means flower-cuckoo in Sinhala.
