Copalita Eco-Archeological Park, Salina Cruz, Mexico

An iconic bird of Central/South America. Despite its size it’s able to remain pretty well hidden, skulking through the mid story. I was fortunate to have it appear in the open. This park on the coast had many other cool birds including the splendid Mexican endemic Golden-cheeked Woodpecker.
